Rilee & Lo's goal in collecting personal information online is to provide you with a personalized web experience. By knowing your preferences we can deliver relevant information that meets your needs, and ensures that your visit to our site is quick, easy, and productive.

Information We Collect and How We Use It

Rilee & Lo collects personally identifying information only (1) when you register for personalized information at our site, (2) to place an order in our shopping cart, and (3) to enter into one of our promotions. Rilee & Lo will not sell, rent, or share this information with any other organization.

Information that we may collect includes your name, address, phone number, and email. Additional addresses may also be saved if a user chooses as alternate shipping and/or billing addresses. We also collect your credit card number when an order is placed. This number is stored in our system, but we do not display the entire number on our order confirmations or in your online account. Credit card information is stored in our database using triple-DES encryption algorithms, to guarantee that, even if someone were able to gain access to the data, nothing useful could be extracted.

Third Party Access to Information

We do not sell or otherwise share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law, or where required to fulfill an order placed by you. We reveal only five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order.  However, to fulfill an order, it is necessary that we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

Updating Your Personal Information and Preferences

Your personal information can be accessed and updated at any time by logging into your account or by contacting the Privacy Contact discussed below.

When you register with Rilee & Lo, you will be asked to indicate your communication preferences regarding email updates and special offers from Rilee & Lo. These preferences can also be changed at any time by logging into your account, clicking on account information, and un-checking the box at the bottom of the screen.  In addition, a user may opt out of receiving Rilee & Lo emails by clicking on the SafeUnsubscribe link on the bottom of any email.
